Peer Mentorship Program: The SMART Peer Mentoring Program aims to facilitate a Mentor/Mentee match that cultivates a relationship of support so APIA Scholars who are first generation college freshmen understand strategies for accessing campus resources, finding meaningful community, and seeking out opportunities for growth during their time in higher education. The Peer Mentorship program runs from July – September, 2019.

Professional Mentorship Program: The SMART Professional Mentoring Program matches APIA Scholars and Alumni who are attending the September 2019 Leadership Academy with a professional mentor in the month leading up to the conference. Professional mentors provide industry insights and skills in addition to coaching Scholars on interviewing skills, crafting competitive resumes, and creating a nation-wide network. The Professional Mentorship program runs from August – September, 2019.

• November 13^th at 4 PM ET – Planning for Your Career TODAY
  Do you want to avoid feeling unprepared for the day after graduation? Join us for a session that outlines the important things you can do today to prepare for your career tomorrow. Open to all students.
