Ashlan Glazier-Anderson (she/her), Founder/CEO of AshbeanPDX Marketing
Ashlan Glazier-Anderson identifies as Native Hawaiian, Filipino, and Japanese. She is a seasoned marketing professional with over 15 years of experience in the field. In January 2021, Ashlan launched her own business, AshbeanPDX Marketing, working with nonprofits and small business owners to define and execute their marketing strategies. Ashlan holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Communications from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing from Portland State University (PSU). She completed a Certificate in Nonprofit Program Evaluation with the PSU Nonprofit Institute. At Portland State University, she served on the board of Kaibigan Filipino American Student Association and volunteered with the Pacific Islanders Club. She has been a mentor in the past through the Portland State University School of Business, Emerging Leaders Internship, and AMA PDX Mentorship Program. She is an active volunteer in her community and serves as the Board Chair of Betties360, Immediate Past President of AMA PDX – the American Marketing Association in Portland, and board member at large with the Willamette Valley Development Officers (WVDO). Through these organizations, she continues to increase her knowledge, strengthen her leadership skills, and expand her network to better serve her clients. In March 2020, she was recognized for her service to the community as a Portland Trail Blazers Hometown Hero by Director’s Mortgage. Ashlan lives in North Portland with her husband Jon, their dog, Ahri, and two cats, Loki and Leilani.

Kayla McCarty (she/her), Technology Talent Marketing Lead at The Walt Disney Company
After announcing at six years old that she would work for Disney, Kayla is now celebrating her tenth year living into that promise. A renaissance woman within the marketing workflow, Kayla has held design, communications/social media, strategy, and management roles during her time with the Company. In the past, she’s supported Disney Parks marketing, has spent the last five years supporting technology at Disney, and is now the lead for technology, corporate, and Disney campus programs teams for Talent Acquisition Marketing. When Kayla’s not at work, you can find her eating Asian food, exploring a mountain range, or forcing people to meet her cat, Chickpea.

Senna Bayasgalan (she/her), Head of Partnerships and Programming at Asians In Advertising
Senna Bayasgalan (she/her) is a marketing leader with a passion for building a more equitable world and helping people realize their potential. She’s a board member and Head of Partnerships and Programming at Asians In Advertising, a non-profit focused on fostering an inclusive community elevating Asians to the next level in their career, Director of Marketing, speaker, advisor, and mentor.
Senna seeks to inspire and push brands to drive their business with their purpose first and product second. She finds joy in furthering diversity, equity, and inclusion within her company and community and giving back to others. Through her involvement within the DE&I community, she advocates for social justice, women’s empowerment, gender equality, and inclusive leadership while elevating BIPOC to higher leadership positions. Senna is a professional mentor at APIA Scholars, Women Who Create, 3AF, Asians In Advertising, and a facilitator for #IamRemarkable by Google, an initiative empowering women and people from underrepresented groups to speak openly about their accomplishments in the workplace and beyond, thereby breaking modesty norms and glass ceilings.
When she’s not channeling her energy towards causes that move her, you can find her playing with her dog, traveling to spend time with her family in 4 different countries, or catching up on the latest creative trends.

Saniya Waghray Tyagi (she/her), Senior Manager, Brand Marketing at Peacock
Saniya Waghray Tyagi is a tenured marketing and product professional focused on the intersection of media, technology, and innovation. She currently shapes brand strategy at Peacock, leading cross-functional campaigns for the Comcast NBCUniversal-owned streaming service. Prior to NBC, Saniya worked as a product manager at Capital One, driving growth for debit card consumers, and led film marketing strategy at The Walt Disney Company, launching campaigns for films such as Black Panther, Avengers: Infinity War, and Beauty and the Beast.
Saniya has continued to concurrently pursue her passions across professional development and supporting the classical arts. She sits on the Board of Directors of BalletX, a Philadelphia-based contemporary ballet, and serves as an advisor to documentary production company Red Crane Films. She continues to foster her childhood love for dance through her brand @DanceWithSaniya, and mentors professionals across seniority as a career coach with Career Contessa.
Saniya received her MBA from The Wharton School of Business and holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from Babson College. She is a proud New Jersian, first-generation Indian-American, and budding whiskey connoisseur.
