Attendees will hear from panelists from different career tracks as they share skill-building opportunities and the hidden curriculum they capitalized on to help jumpstart their careers, land internships, and grow their networks. Career Tracks include: STEM, Healthcare & Public Health, Business & Finance, Government, Policy & Law, Creative & Media, and Nonprofit & Social Impact

Money shapes our choices, relationships, and futures. In this workshop, participants will explore their money norms (the beliefs and habits we inherit around finances), while learning about how to make money work for you. learn about strategies for future planning, and develop their own decision-making model to make financial decisions less stressful. Through guided reflection and real-world tools and tips, participants will leave with greater confidence on how to align their money decisions with their values and long-term goals.

After attending this session, participants will:

  • Identify personal and cultural money norms that influence how they save, spend, and plan
  • Apply frameworks and strategies for financial planning (short and long term)
  • Create personalized decision-making tools to make financial choices
