Victor Kuo Memorial Scholarship

Our Board Secretary and dear friend Dr. Victor Kuo passed away on June 18, 2020.  As a Board director since 2018, Victor’s visionary leadership and conscientious stewardship further enhanced our mission of empowering APIA students to pursue higher education. Victor’s leading research in education and philanthropic evaluation and stalwart service to the APIA community profoundly impacted countless lives. To honor Victor’s legacy of leadership and service, APIA Scholars in collaboration with Victor’s parents and sister – Moses, Mary, and Mercy Kuo – established the Victor Kuo Memorial Scholarship.

The Victor Kuo Memorial Scholarship will provide educational opportunities to students who exemplify his leadership qualities and are pursuing a major in the social sciences.

Thank you to these generous donors for contributing to the Victor Kuo Memorial Scholarship
